Having earned certificates from NZIHF for Personal Training & Fitness Exercise Consultant qualifications and with over 8 years in the fitness Industry, Julie launched One on One Fitness in the Spring of 2013. She specialises in providing one on one training and small group sessions for Women.
One On One Fitness is a fully equipped fitness studio providing One on One and small group training with a Personal Trainer in private, peaceful surroundings, located close to the heart of Hamilton City, New Zealand.

One on One Fitness focuses on providing one on one and small group personal training sessions (3 clients max per group). The focus is on you and your goals, you will receive fitness sessions personalized to your individual requirements & goals.
