As a qualified Personal Trainer, I have a passion for helping people attain the fitness level they desire, without hours and hours in the gym. I educate clients on how to make things easier to include exercise in their busy lives, enjoy it and see that sometimes less is more to get good results.
My interests and life experiences bring a wealth of knowledge especially for Women's Health, Fitness and Wellbeing.
I am a wife, mother of three young children and my hobbies are competing in figure body building competitions, spending time with my family, cooking and watching TV.

I have always enjoyed a high level of fitness in my life and will continue to do so as a long term commitment to myself, family and clients.
